Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I posted. I wish I had some wonderful news as some excuse, a good reason for missing out on posting. But the truth is that I don’t.

Life happens. We all know this, and life happening isn’t always a great thing. Sometimes negative things happen and we have to shift our focus. The worst part is that I haven’t found much time since then to write or edit a single thing.

The good news, however, is that I was able to get some editing done today. And I ripped through a few chapters, changing up some stuff and straight up trashing some useless sentences. It felt very cathartic.

So I’m back! And just in time for my 8 year anniversary with the site! 8 years of me just posting my thoughts and stories, trying all sorts of things out. And it’s been a good 8 years.

I hope to post more in the coming weeks, and hopefully to announce a publication date for my next novel. If I can pull this off, then I’ll be as happy as I possibly can be!

So here’s to happiness, and our endless pursuit for even a passing glimpse of it.
